Foolproof Hummus

Foolproof Hummus

1 can chicpeas
1/2 cup tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (roasted is best because it has a milder, sweeter flavour)
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp water

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and whizz up to a smooth consistency.
