Tahini Broccoli
2 tablespoons tahini, well stirred
fresh lemon juice (3 tablespoons, plus more to serve)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
Preheat oven to 200c. Place all ingredients except for broccoli in a large bowl, and whisk to combine. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Scatter on a lined sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot with an extra squeeze of lemon juice for best flavour.
