PB Tofu Dip
1 cup natural, smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup lime juice
4 oz silken tofu
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs raw honey
1/4 cup hot water
Blend all ingredients together on medium-high speed. Taste and season with some salt.
Serve with veggie or fruit spears, I’ll keep it thick or drizzle over romaine lettuce.
Kids eat with their eyes probably more than anyone else—an extra drizzle of honey or handful of seeds or nuts is my way to add flair. This dip keeps for several days in the fridge
